Updating Assessments Details

To Add an Assessment for a Client with NO Assessment or Missing Assessments, the users should click the Add/Update Services button (Figure 1) to change the Client Service Status as outlined in the image below (Figure 2).

Update Service Status
  1. Click Add/Update Services
  2. Change the Client Service Status to Inactive
  3. Click Next
  4. Click Finish
  5. Same Client, click Add/Update Services again
  6. Change Client Service Status to Active
  7. Click Next
