Oct. 10, 2017 -- On Oct. 10, N.C. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Mandy Cohen and members of the DHHS leadership team presented updates to two Joint Legislative Oversight Committees: Health and Human Services, and Medicaid and NC Health Choice.
These presentations were at the request of the committees, which meet when the legislature is not in session.
NC DHHS is pleased to work closely with leadership in the General Assembly to discuss our work to promote the health and well-being of our consumers and be good stewards of resources.
