Public comments on this rule and fiscal note are being accepted from Nov. 15, 2018 to January 14, 2019 at DHSR.RulesCoordinator@dhhs.nc.gov. Comments will also be accepted in person at the public hearing.

 

As valued partners, NC Medicaid is requesting participation from beneficiaries, caregivers and advocates in a stakeholder webinar to discuss Clinical Coverage Policies: 3G-1, Private Duty Nursing for Beneficiaries Age 21 and Older; and 3G-2, Private Duty Nursing for Beneficiaries Under 21 Years of Age.
