Today, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services announced broad efforts to work with federal and county partners to provide additional flexibility to people enrolled in the Medicaid program and their health care providers during and after Hurricane Florence.

As valued partners, NC Medicaid is requesting participation from beneficiaries, caregivers and advocates in a stakeholder webinar to discuss Clinical Coverage Policies: 3G-1, Private Duty Nursing for Beneficiaries Age 21 and Older; and 3G-2, Private Duty Nursing for Beneficiaries Under 21 Years of Age.

In the event of severe weather, the meetings will be rescheduled.
