About the Facility

Julian F. Keith is one of two state operated North Carolina Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Centers (ADATCs) specifically designed to provide medically-monitored detoxification/crisis stabilization, and short-term treatment, preparing adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders for ongoing community-based recovery services.

Eligibility

Admission is available to any adult in our region regardless of financial resources or insurance status. Patients pay on a sliding scale according to their income.
