Updating Your Employee Information

Health and Human Resources employees: the data in our directory comes mostly from BEACON, the state's timekeeping and payroll system. If you notice problems with an entry, contact HHS Human Resources Office and let them know what needs to be changed.

The only exception to this rule is for email, which originates from NCID. Employees have the ability to update their own email address by updating it in NCID. Personal email addresses entered into NCID will not publish in the directory; only valid state government domains will publish.
