The Provider Services team is conducting a series of Virtual Office Hours Sessions with Providers across the state. Virtual office hours (VOH) provides an interactive format for Providers to have their questions answered.

The webinar will review the managed care benefit package, the approach to utilization management and how appeals and grievances will work under managed care. Time will be allotted for questions and answers.

County leaders and partners are invited to join a special conversation with Secretary of Health and Human Services Mandy Cohen, M.D. who will kick-off a new quarterly interactive webcast for county partners.

This webcast will provide an update on Medicaid Transformation and its impact on counties, as well as outline the supports that will be available from DHHS during this transition. Participants will be able to help shape the conversation through interactive polling.
