Overview
The Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities Skills, Training and Employment Pathways North Carolina (STEP NC) Apprenticeship Program is an earn while you learn employment opportunity that helps you build a career in healthcare and skilled trades within North Carolina’s state operated healthcare system.
We partner with the North Carolina Business Committee for Education (NCBCE) and ApprenticeshipNC. Together, we make sure apprentices receive high quality training that leads to long term success.
