Medical Access Plan (MAP) Reference Manual

The Medical Access Plan (MAP) is a sliding fee scale program that helps residents of North Carolina access primary health care services when they meet certain financial criteria and do not have primary health care coverage. If, after reading this Manual, you still have questions about the MAP program or how it should be administered, please call the North Carolina Office of Rural Health (ORH) at (919) 527-6475 and ask to speak with Stanley Davis, Rural Health Operations Specialist.
