Community Rehabilitation Services
The Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) delivers training and employment services to clients via a network of accredited, community-based service providers.
Career Training Centers
EIPD directly administers two Career Training Centers that help clients explore and prepare for competitive integrated employment (CIE). WorkSource East in Goldsboro and WorkSource West in Morganton offer a variety of career training programs that help EIPD clients gain in-demand work skills and experience, find a job in the community that they are good at and enjoy doing, and keep that job. Our Career Training Centers also prepare clients to advocate for their needs and develop the social and soft skills necessary to be successful in the workforce.
