Individual Placement and Support

The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment Program helps people with severe mental illness find competitive, community employment and provides ongoing, individualized services with a focus on employment.

Services include: 

  • Personalized counseling to understand how work may affect your benefits.
  • Ongoing treatment to help you manage medications, symptoms and other behavioral health needs.
  • Employment specialist and peer support to help you succeed on the job and advance professionally.
