Medicaid Provider Training: MCT 105: Beneficiary Policies

This training course is for NC Medicaid Providers transitioning to NC Medicaid Managed Care.

This webinar will provide participants with an overview of key policies affecting beneficiaries who will be enrolling in Medicaid Managed Care. The materials will cover beneficiary-related topics that have an impact on providers such as: 1) beneficiary eligibility and enrollment, 2) PCP selection, 3) beneficiary supports, 4) grievances & appeals, 5) and how to address the social needs of patients. Time will be allocated for questions and answers.
