Annual Reports

Since 1920, the vocational rehabilitation (VR) program has helped jobseekers with disabilities access to the services and supports that enable them to prepare for, find, retain and advance in employment.

Over the years, the program has reinvented itself to meet the ever-changing needs and challenges faced by people with disabilities. While essential services like counseling, training and job placement assistance remain a core part of the program, the program deployed new services and technologies to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve high-quality competitive integrated employment outcomes, to live more independently and to increase their self-sufficiency.

In 2024, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) transitioned to a new division name that clearly explains our mission and spirit: the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD).

Annual reports on outcomes and expenditures for the division are available below.
