Telehealth Guidance and Resources: Communication Accessibility for Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind Patients and their Providers

The use of telehealth has greatly increased during the COVID-19 pandemic era and is now an accepted way that many healthcare providers deliver services. Unfortunately, Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind patients often do not have the communication accommodations needed for successful visits. This resource center was created to provide patients, healthcare providers, and American Sign Language interpreters the tools and resources that they need to have a successful telehealth appointment.
