Provider Telehealth Technical Assistance

Technical assistance for healthcare providers is available through the following organizations:

NC Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing: For telehealth technical assistance related to working with Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind patients, please use the following contacts:

NCAHEC Telehealth Technical Assistance: Practice Support provides onsite or virtual coaching support with telehealth technology optimization and selection, clinical workflow redesign, billing and coding, high risk population management and best practices education.

CCNC Telehealth Technical Assistance: CCNC works closely with primary care practices to assist with the utilization of telehealth tools and supports providers with billing for telehealth visits. If you need technical assistance related to telehealth, please contact CCNC directly:

Office of Rural Health Telehealth Technical Assistance: The Health Information Technology (HIT) Team at the Office of Rural Health (ORH) assists ORH grantees and safety net provider practices with using Health Information Technology to help improve patient care. Mid-Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center (MATRC) Telehealth Technical Assistance: MATRC serves as a focal point for advancing the effective use of telehealth and supports access to telehealth services in rural and underserved communities.
