Messaging Privacy Policy 

We collect mobile phone numbers from users for the purpose of sending informational text messages. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your opt-in data and consent to receive messages will be used solely for providing relevant communications and will not be sold, rented, or shared. We retain proof of consent for at least four years, in accordance with the TCPA statute of limitations.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact your local WIC office.

Messaging Terms and Conditions 

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from the North Carolina (NC) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), which may include appointment reminders, educational content, surveys, and two-way conversations. Message frequency may vary.
