What's new at NC CACFP
New Nondiscrimination Statement - The USDA Nondiscrimination Statement (NDS) has been revised to include updated language for all FNS programs. CACFP operators must update the NDS in all documents, pamphlets, websites, etc., by September 30, 2023. Websites must be updated by August 4, 2022. All new printing must use the updated 2022 NDS.
New And Justice for All Posters - All institutions should complete and submit the online 2022 And Justice for All Poster Request Form The posters will be shipped as quickly as possible. Keep current AJFA posters posted until the new posters are received.
