The Division of Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing provides Technical Assistance for Agencies and Businesses at no charge. This helps agencies and businesses make their services accessible to Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deaf-Blind individuals.
We provide consultation on the development or revision of legislation, administrative rules, regulations, policies, procedures, programming and service delivery. These services are available to ensure compliance with federal and state statutes governing access by people with hearing loss to services and resources.

- Law Enforcement Agencies
- 911 Call Centers
- Private Dental Clinics
- Senior Centers
- City Councils
- Legislative Services Office of the N.C. General Assembly
