Radon NC Real Estate Broker Toolkit

The North Carolina Radon Program offers a free 4-hour continuing education course for real estate brokers licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. The North Carolina Radon Program is an approved education provider. 

The North Carolina Radon Program Coordinator, Phillip Gibson, serves as both the education director and the instructor, as he is licensed by the NC Real Estate Commission as a real estate broker and broker-in-charge. 

The toolkit items listed below include the course materials and the tools to assist NC real estate brokers with educating their clients about radon in North Carolina real estate. This course has been conducted since 2017 and has received an award from the North Carolina Society of Public Health Educators.
