Health Promotion programs are offered by a variety of partners. The NC Center for Health and Wellness at UNC Asheville offers convenient access to many popular programs through its website Healthy Aging NC. Visit the website to learn more about the programs and find current classes. You can also find classes by contacting your local Area Agency on Aging.
Social connection is an important part in staying healthy. Find resources to stay mentally and physically engaged at SocialBridgingNC.org.
