Updated DHHS Records Management and Documentation Manual Posted
During FY24, DMH/DD/SUS solicited feedback from stakeholders on essential updates needed for the Records and Management and Documentation Manual (RMDM). That input has been reviewed and incorporated, and an updated version of the RMDM is available online. Thank you to both our internal and external partners that provided valuable recommendations and contributions to this project. The updated manual is effective July 8, 2025.
DHHS welcomes ongoing suggestions to help ensure the manual continues to reflect the evolving landscape of North Carolina’s public behavioral health and disability services system. Please send feedback for the next iteration of the RMDM to this linked form.
